Bacterial isolates recovered from Cristatella mucedo

Using various nutrient media, several hundred bacterial isolates have been recovered from a macerated sample of Cristatella mucedo. Molecular taxonomy of the isolates to reveal which bacterial genus they belong to, and to eliminate the replicates is planned as the next step.
